                                                                     Experienced Project Manager 項目經理 

As a Project Manager,you will be responsible for the successful managment of one or several projects for a customer or an homogeneous cluster of customers. As such, you will be cooperating very closely with our Advanced Development, Sales and all the key functional departments within our organization. Depending on the importance of the project(s), you may be assisted by one or several Project Engineer(s). You will be involved in the project(s) from the very first minute during the acquisition of the project(s), and will be, after nomination, responsible until Start Of Production(SOP). You will do your utmost to fulfill the expectations of our customers, without compromising in terms of quality and/or profitability. During the project phase, you will coordinate all the activities related to the project(s) with regards t tooling, machinery and equipment, processes including Work Instructions, material, samples, testing and, last but ont least, logistics including packaging. To do so, you will enjoy extended responsibilities and will report directly to our General Management. As most of our customers are international OEMs, English would definitively be a Plus.
作為項目經理，您的主要工作內容是負責管理某個客戶或同類客戶的單個或多個項目。為此，您需要與公司內部的高級研發(fā)、銷售團隊等重要部門密切合作。根據項目的實際重要性，可能會有一名或多名項目工程師協助您的工作。您將從拿到項目起就參與其中，一直負責項目，直到拿到定點協議、最終量產（SOP）。您需要在保質并/或保利潤情況下盡最大努力滿足我們客戶的期望。在整個項目階段，您將協調與項目有關的所有活動，包括模具、機械和設備、工藝制造流程、材料、樣品、測試，以及物流（包括包裝）。為此，您將承擔更大的責任，并直接向我們的綜合管理層報告。由于我們的大多數客戶都是國際主機廠，流利的英語肯定是一個加分項。
