In order to strengthen our team, we are looking to employ: 國(guó)內(nèi)銷(xiāo)售代表 方向：汽車(chē)售后市場(chǎng) Domestic Sales Presentative Focus: Automotive Aftermarket 您的任務(wù)： Your tasks: 1. 勝任和積極支持我們的國(guó)內(nèi)客戶(hù)，日常銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)及完整銷(xiāo)售流程：查詢(xún)庫(kù)存、制定銷(xiāo)售訂單、向客戶(hù)發(fā)送銷(xiāo)售訂單以確認(rèn)、確認(rèn)ERP 系統(tǒng)中的包裝流程、制作快遞清單（如需出口則安排船期及相關(guān)單據(jù)）、制作交貨單（裝箱單/發(fā)票）及任何相關(guān)單據(jù)、跟進(jìn)交貨期和生產(chǎn)周期，跟進(jìn)售后問(wèn)題。 Competent and proactive support for our national customers, be responsible for daily regular business and complete sales process: check stock - make sales order - send sales order to customer for confirmation - make packing course in ERP system - make express list (arrange shipping and documents for exporting) - make delivery documents (packing list/invoice) or any relevant documents, Follow up on delivery dates and production lead times, take care of warranty cases. 2. 定制彈簧業(yè)務(wù)：與客戶(hù)溝通采集設(shè)計(jì)所需所有數(shù)據(jù)、內(nèi)部溝通取得圖紙及報(bào)價(jià)、將圖紙和銷(xiāo)售訂單發(fā)送給客戶(hù)確認(rèn)、安排生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，并將計(jì)劃發(fā)送到生產(chǎn)部，確保交期并準(zhǔn)備交貨文件（裝箱單/發(fā)票）。 Taylor made springs business: Communicate and collect all the needed data for designs - communicate internally to have drawings and quotation ready - send the drawings and sales order to customers for confirmation - arrange production plan and send the plan to production department - make sure of the delivery date and make delivery documents (packing list/invoice) 3. 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售提供日常的銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告，制作銷(xiāo)售日?qǐng)?bào)及月報(bào)，制作上級(jí)要求的其他報(bào)表。 Assist the sales with regular sales reporting, make daily and monthly sales reports, make the reports according to the superiors’ requests 4. 搜集行業(yè)、客戶(hù)信息，及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。 Collect the industry and customer’s information, and report to the superior. 5. 客戶(hù)維護(hù)：定期與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行溝通、維護(hù)良好的供銷(xiāo)關(guān)系，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)、鼓勵(lì)客戶(hù)訂貨。 Customer maintenance: to communicate regularly with customers to build up a good supplying and purchasing relationship, to offer premium service and encourage the customers to order more. 6. 參與展會(huì)、活動(dòng)、客戶(hù)培訓(xùn)等銷(xiāo)售場(chǎng)合，代表公司展示品牌及產(chǎn)品。 Participate in sales occasions such as shows, events, trainings etc., to represent Eibach brand and products. 7. 上級(jí)安排的其他工作 Other tasks assigned from superior. 生產(chǎn)Production: 1. 每月關(guān)注生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和采購(gòu)計(jì)劃，與相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人（生產(chǎn)/采購(gòu)計(jì)劃人員）進(jìn)行溝通確認(rèn)。 Follow up on the production plan and purchase plan every month, and then talk this with the relevant colleagues. 2. 根據(jù)計(jì)劃制定生產(chǎn)及采購(gòu)需求，將清單發(fā)送給內(nèi)部計(jì)劃人員進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)及采購(gòu)。 Make production or purchase requests according to the plan. Send the requests to the relevant colleagues to follow up. 3. 更新交貨期及生產(chǎn)周期，統(tǒng)計(jì)生產(chǎn)流程數(shù)據(jù)，為生產(chǎn)部門(mén)提供相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析。 Update the delivery date and production cycle, calculate the production process data, and provide the corresponding data analysis for the production department. 物流Logistics: 1. 跟進(jìn)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的大單發(fā)貨 Follow the distributor’s bulk order delivery 2. 每日完成國(guó)內(nèi)客戶(hù)的散貨發(fā)貨及非標(biāo)定制客戶(hù)的發(fā)貨 Make sure all drop shipping orders are delivered and non-standard goods are delivered 主管要求的一般行政工作 General administrative tasks as required by superior 您的要求： Your Qualifications: 1. 大專(zhuān)以上銷(xiāo)售、市場(chǎng)、商務(wù)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，3 年以上外企銷(xiāo)售、市場(chǎng)、客戶(hù)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有制造業(yè)、汽車(chē)行業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳。 University graduate with financing or related profession, more than 3 years’ experience of sales, Marketing and customer service in foreign company.
