Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標(biāo) 負(fù)責(zé)對接產(chǎn)品需求、完成產(chǎn)品選型與方案設(shè)計；專注于產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程的持續(xù)優(yōu)化、工藝改進及效率提升與成本控制；獨立完成工藝方案設(shè)計、參數(shù)調(diào)試、文檔編制，解決生產(chǎn)過程中的工藝技術(shù)難題；確保產(chǎn)品工藝穩(wěn)定、高效、合規(guī)，為產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保障、產(chǎn)能達(dá)成及市場競爭力提升提供核心技術(shù)支撐。 Responsible for gathering product requirements, performing product selection and solution design; driving continuous production process optimization, process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost control; independently developing process plans, debugging parameters, preparing documentation, and resolving technical issues; ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes to deliver core technical support for quality assurance, capacity targets, and enhanced market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé) 1. 產(chǎn)品需求對接、選型與方案設(shè)計 Product requirement alignment, selection and solution design ? 對接外部客戶需求，分析產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求，完成產(chǎn)品選型與定制化方案設(shè)計； Engage external customer needs, analyze technical requirements, and deliver product selection and customized solutions. ? 基于產(chǎn)品方案，設(shè)計或優(yōu)化相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)工藝路線與流程； Design or optimize corresponding production process routes and flows based on product solutions. ? 編制技術(shù)方案文檔，包括產(chǎn)品配置、工藝可行性分析及初步成本評估。 Compile technical solution documents, including product configuration, process feasibility analysis, and preliminary cost estimation. 2. 現(xiàn)有工藝優(yōu)化與改進 Existing Process Optimization & Improvement ? 分析現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)工藝的效率瓶頸、質(zhì)量痛點及成本構(gòu)成，制定針對性工藝優(yōu)化方案（如精益生產(chǎn)、自動化改造、流程簡化）； Analyze efficiency bottlenecks, quality pain points and cost structures of existing production processes, and formulate targeted process optimization plans (such as lean production, automation transformation, process simplification). ? 實施工藝改進項目，跟蹤優(yōu)化效果，驗證改進收益，降低產(chǎn)品不良率、提升生產(chǎn)效率及資源利用率。 Implement process improvement projects, track optimization effects, verify improvement benefits, reduce product defect rates and improve production efficiency and resource utilization. 3. 工藝文檔編制與管理 Process Documentation Compilation & Management ? 編制并持續(xù)更新全套工藝文件，包括作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書（SOP）、工藝流程圖、工藝參數(shù)表、檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及設(shè)備操作規(guī)范； Compile and continuously update a full set of process documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process flow charts, process parameter tables, inspection standards and equipment operation specifications. ? 確保工藝文檔的準(zhǔn)確性、完整性與可操作性，為生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、維護等部門提供清晰的技術(shù)依據(jù)。 Ensure the accuracy, completeness and operability of process documents, providing clear technical basis for production, quality, maintenance and other departments. 4. 工藝技術(shù)支持與問題解決 Process Technical Support & Problem Solving ? 為生產(chǎn)一線提供工藝技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，解答操作人員的工藝疑問，規(guī)范操作行為，確保工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落地執(zhí)行； Provide technical guidance to frontline production, address operator process questions, standardize operations, and ensure adherence to process standards. ? 快速響應(yīng)并解決生產(chǎn)過程中的工藝異常、質(zhì)量問題，分析根本原因并制定預(yù)防措施，形成閉環(huán)管理； Quickly respond to and solve process abnormalities and quality problems in production, analyze root causes and formulate preventive measures to form closed-loop management. ? 定期開展工藝合規(guī)性 audit，跟蹤工藝執(zhí)行情況，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并糾正偏差。 Conduct regular process compliance audits, track process execution status, and promptly identify and correct deviations. 5. 跨部門協(xié)作與資源協(xié)同 Cross-departmental Collaboration & Resource Coordination ? 對接研發(fā)部門，同步產(chǎn)品設(shè)計變更信息，及時調(diào)整工藝方案，對接銷售、項目管理部門，深入理解產(chǎn)品需求與客戶技術(shù)要求，確保工藝方案精準(zhǔn)匹配； Coordinate with sales and project management departments to gain an in-depth understanding of product requirements and customer technical specifications, ensuring process solutions accurately match needs. ? 配合生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、采購、設(shè)備維護等部門，推進工藝優(yōu)化、物料驗證、設(shè)備調(diào)試等相關(guān)工作； Cooperate with production, quality, procurement, equipment maintenance and other departments to promote process optimization, material verification, equipment commissioning and other related work. ? 收集行業(yè)前沿工藝技術(shù)信息，開展內(nèi)部技術(shù)交流與分享，提升團隊整體工藝水平。 Collect cutting-edge process technology information in the industry, conduct internal technical exchanges and sharing, and improve the overall process capabilities of the team. 6. 完成上級經(jīng)理分配的其他職責(zé) Other responsibilities assigned by superior managers. |

Know-How 知識 ? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工類專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 Bachelor's degree or above. ? 3-5 年以上產(chǎn)品工藝開發(fā)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有工藝設(shè)計、優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； At least 3-5 years of experience in product process development; preferred candidates have process design and optimization experience. ? 精通生產(chǎn)工藝開發(fā)流程、工藝優(yōu)化方法（如 DFM、精益生產(chǎn)、6Sigma）優(yōu)先； Proficiency in the production process development flow and process optimization methods (such as DFM, lean production, 6Sigma) is preferred. ? 了解行業(yè)技術(shù)趨勢、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如 ISO）及合規(guī)要求，掌握工藝風(fēng)險評估與控制的核心知識。 Understand industry technical trends, quality standards (such as ISO) and compliance requirements, and master core knowledge of process risk assessment and control. Skills技能 ? 熟練使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等繪圖軟件； Proficient in drawing software such as CAD, SolidWorks. ? 具備基本的英文讀寫及口語交流能力。 Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills. ? 出色的問題解決與邏輯分析能力，能快速定位工藝問題根源并制定有效解決方案； Outstanding problem-solving and logical analysis capabilities, able to quickly locate root causes of process problems and formulate effective solutions. ? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與團隊合作能力，能高效對接跨部門協(xié)作，推動工藝項目順利落地； Good communication, coordination and team work capabilities, able to efficiently connect cross-departmental collaboration and promote the smooth implementation of process projects. ? 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動，具備創(chuàng)新意識與抗壓能力，能適應(yīng)多項目并行推進的工作節(jié)奏； Rigorous and responsible, proactive work attitude, with innovation awareness and pressure resistance, able to adapt to the rhythm of multiple parallel projects. |
