| 工作描述： |
1.Support the sales of all product portfolios of Zapp in China; 支持薩普在中國(guó)的所有產(chǎn)品組合的銷(xiāo)售; 2.Partner with Sales/Account Managers in the daily sales work, assisting in creating sales contracts for regular customers, collecting market/industry information, reminding customers for payments and notifying them to pick up goods, tracking customer complaints, outsource processing, etc; 在日常銷(xiāo)售工作中與銷(xiāo)售/客戶(hù)經(jīng)理合作， 協(xié)助制作老客戶(hù)的購(gòu)銷(xiāo)合同、收集市場(chǎng)/行業(yè)信息、催款，通知客戶(hù)提貨，跟蹤客戶(hù)投訴，委外加工等； 3.Pursuing the whole sales process in SAP, from customer orders to tracking production and shipping progress, to delivery, invoicing, etc.; 在SAP中執(zhí)行整個(gè)銷(xiāo)售流程，從客戶(hù)訂單到跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)貨進(jìn)度，直至交付，開(kāi)具發(fā)票等； 4.Archive sales contract, customer’s purchase order and other official letter with customer, etc. 對(duì)銷(xiāo)售合同、客戶(hù)采購(gòu)合同及其他和客戶(hù)往來(lái)公函等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的建檔和保管。 5.Maintain up-to-date information in customer database; 維護(hù)和更新客戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的信息； 6.Moreover the Employee have to do other work, according to instructions made by their chief. 如工作需要可執(zhí)行上級(jí)安排的其他任務(wù)。 |

?At least 3 years sales assistant/follow-up or related working experience, preferably in the metal-working industry; 至少3年銷(xiāo)售助理/跟單或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最好在金屬加工行業(yè)工作； ?Strong implementation capacity, communication and team work ability; 較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力，溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)； ?Ability to quickly learn product related information; 能夠快速學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)信息； ?Be familiar with the standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ?熟悉MS Office程序（Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint） ?ERP/CRM knowledge of SAP or similar SAP或類(lèi)似方面的ERP/CRM知識(shí) |
