Map, screen and develop suppliers that match ZwickRoell Premium Quality concept.. 繪制、篩選并發(fā)展符合ZwickRoell高端質(zhì)量理念的供應(yīng)商 Execute local sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement goals 落地契合全球采購目標(biāo)的本土尋源策略 Participate in international project teams for global sourcing initiatives 加入國際項目團(tuán)隊，共推全球?qū)ぴ?br /> Support the development of global sourcing structures and processes in Taicang 支撐太倉全球采購架構(gòu)與流程搭建 Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with Chinese suppliers 與本土供應(yīng)商敲定價格、交期與合同 Strong network and experience in but not limited to catalogue-, machinery-, sheet metals-, electrical-, pneumatic- and hydraulic components 深耕目錄品、機械設(shè)備、鈑金、電氣、氣動及液壓件，人脈廣、經(jīng)驗足 Supplier audit & performance review. 實施供應(yīng)商審核與績效評估 Facilitate and drive supplier quality & continuous improvement 驅(qū)動供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量與持續(xù)改進(jìn) Collaborate with internal departments including but not limited to production, logistics, engineering, and quality. 跨部門協(xié)同，覆蓋生產(chǎn)、物流、工程、質(zhì)量等 Monitor local market trends, supplier performance, and cost developments 實時跟蹤本地市場、供應(yīng)商表現(xiàn)及成本動態(tài) Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and Chinese regulations 確保采購符合內(nèi)規(guī)與中國法規(guī) Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting 保持采購文檔與報表精準(zhǔn) Report, follow and implement the instructions of the higher authorities 及時匯報并貫徹上級指示 |

Bachelor+ in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field 機械、電氣、工業(yè)工程或供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷 5+ years strategic sourcing of machined, sheet-metal, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic components; able to read technical drawings and perform cost breakdown. preferably in an instrument/automation manufacturing environment 5 年以上機加工、鈑金、電氣、氣動或液壓組件的戰(zhàn)略采購經(jīng)驗；能夠閱讀技術(shù)圖紙并進(jìn)行成本分解。在儀器/自動化制造環(huán)境中工作的優(yōu)先。 Experience in international project teams or global sourcing initiatives is a plus 有國際項目或全球?qū)ぴ唇?jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. 談判、溝通與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力扎實 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools. 熟練操作Office、ERP（如SAP）及各類采購工具 Proficient in cost analysis. 擅長拆解與分析成本結(jié)構(gòu) Proficient in Incoterms, customs policy, logistics and SCM (supply chain management). 通曉國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語、海關(guān)法規(guī)、物流及供應(yīng)鏈管理 Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and writing). 中英文口語與書面表達(dá)皆流暢 Willing to travel domestically and internationally for worksas required. 愿意按需求國內(nèi)外出差。 |
