| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: 1.Manage bank accounts, and regularly update bank daily report and summary report. 2.Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor them monthly against the plan. 3.Arrange payments reasonably, complete daily receipts and payments, and handle related accounting entries in SAP. 4.Handle international settlement operations, manage bank loans and other financing activities. 5.Declare foreign currency receiving/payment on the platform of SAFE. 6.Administer acceptance bills, including endorsement, discounting, and collection. 7.Fixed asset lifecycle management, update depreciation schedules, prepare related reports, and conduct regular stock taking. 8.Keeping contact with statistics bureau and make sure statistics reports are submitted timely and accurately. 9.Manage the contract seal and participate in the financial review of sales quotes, orders, and contracts. 10.Coordinate the approval process for payment requests. 11.Assist with the annual audit. 12.Arrange and bind accounting vouchers. Requirements: 1.College Degree, major in Finance, Accounting and other related. 2.Fresh graduate is welcome. 1-2 years above working experiences in accounting field, international company is preferred. 3.Good command of English, computer and communication skills. 4.Teamwork spirit as well as patience and carefully working attitude. |
