| 工作描述： |
Reccoments: 1. Responsible for product design、tolerance calculate and check, keep design timing and cost as planning; 負責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、計算和校核，保持開發(fā)進度和成本符合計劃要求； 2. According to Matikon/customer standard and specification,optimization design and related innovation,create design record; 按照曼提科/客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，進行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化和相關(guān)創(chuàng)新，建立設(shè)計記錄； 3. Provide technical support for new business development and new quotation project，communicate and interface with customer from technical level; 為新業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)和報價項目提供技術(shù)支持，從技術(shù)層面與客戶進行溝通和對接； 4. Need to do spec review and risk assessment for quotation project, do DFMEA for developing project; 需要對新報價技術(shù)規(guī)范進行研究和風(fēng)險評估，對開發(fā)中產(chǎn)品的潛在失效模式進行識別、分析、對策，并形成文檔； 5. Responsible for proto design,order,assembly etc during proto build phase; 負責(zé)在樣品階段進行樣品的設(shè)計、訂單、組裝等工作； 6. Support create DV/PV plan,responsible for test failure issue analysis, do lessons&learn; 支持建立DV/PV計劃，負責(zé)對試驗失效問題的分析，設(shè)計經(jīng)驗總結(jié)； 7. Support tooling technical review，responsible for supplier OTS sign off，support trial build and series build; 支持模具技術(shù)評審，負責(zé)供應(yīng)商OTS審核的簽發(fā)，支持產(chǎn)品的試制和生產(chǎn)； 8. Responsible for product engineering change, control engineering change cost; 負責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計變更，控制工程變更成本； 9. Support supervisor on design review at related phase，Support team to summarize and optimize Matikon product design guide; 支持主管進行設(shè)計階段的相關(guān)評審，支持團隊進行曼提科產(chǎn)品設(shè)計規(guī)范的總結(jié)與完善； 10. Positive propose on continue improvement according to Matikonprocess system; 依據(jù)曼提科流程體系積極提出持續(xù)改進方案； 11. Moreover the Employee need to do other work, according to instructions from supervisor/management. 如工作需要也需執(zhí)行上級安排的其它任務(wù)。 Skills: 1. Education background and working experience: 教育背景與工作經(jīng)歷： - Bachelor's degree or above, Major in mechanical or plastic injection. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，機械制造或注塑模具專業(yè)。 2.Skill: 1,At least 5+ years working experience in development and engineering, at least 3 years experience on product of automotive industry. 至少5年以上產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗，其中至少包含3年以上在汽車行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗。 - Excellent skills in 3D and 2D tools, can work with UG skilled. 熟練運用2D/3D軟件，必須能熟練使用UG。 - Can use MS Office software skilled, espically PowerPoint and Excel. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件，包括PowerPoint，Excel等。 - Familiar with IATF16949 and quality standards. 熟悉IATF16949體系和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 - Good Engilsh in speaking and writing. 良好的英語口語和書寫能力。 2. Mastery knowledge: principle of mechanical drawings;QS aim& policy; company aim & philosophy; basic knowledge of Quality and Enviroment management system. 掌握知識：機械制圖原理；質(zhì)量方針目標(biāo)；公司目標(biāo)和綱領(lǐng)；公司質(zhì)量和環(huán)境管理體系基本知識。 Other:做過日產(chǎn)&小米項目，出風(fēng)口口蓋運動機構(gòu)件優(yōu)先考慮；根據(jù)項目出差，接受出差優(yōu)先考慮； |
