一、Qualification 任職資格 1、Academic 學(xué)歷 College degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related Engineering 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械，電氣及自動(dòng)化或工程相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) 二、Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) In the mechanical assembly industry, with more than 2 years of working experience 在機(jī)械裝配行業(yè)，具備2年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 三、Job Skill 工作技能 1. Have knowledge of production plan management, production safety management, ERP, etc. 具任備生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理、生產(chǎn)安全管理、ERP等方面的知識(shí) 2. Have the experience and ability to make corresponding assembly plans. 具有相應(yīng)的裝配計(jì)劃制定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和應(yīng)變能力； 3. Have the ability to solve quality problems that occur in the assembly process, including: understanding and analyzing the problem, finding the best solution or contacting the insider. 具有解決發(fā)生在裝配過(guò)程的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的能力，包括：了解和分析問(wèn)題，找出最佳解決方案或聯(lián)系知情人員； 四、Personality 性格特征 Strong communication and coordination skills and team awareness, strong will, and the pursuit of excellence. 溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，意志堅(jiān)定，追求卓越 五、Computer Skill 電腦技能 Familiar with office software, 熟練使用office軟件 六、Post requirements 崗位要求 1. 1. Assist the production supervisor in the arrangement of production workers and performance appraisal. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)主管做好生產(chǎn)工人的安排和績(jī)效考核工作 2. Assist the leader to formulate the production plan and issue it in time and track the progress of production materials. 協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制訂生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃并及時(shí)下發(fā)，跟蹤生產(chǎn)物料進(jìn)度。 3. Collect, record and feedback production data. 對(duì)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、記錄、反饋。 4. Responsible for tracking the product quality, production progress, warehousing time and completed quantity of each order. 負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤每個(gè)訂單的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，入庫(kù)時(shí)間和完成數(shù)量。 5. Record the problems found in production, track, feedback, and supervise the implementation of the product process. 對(duì)于生產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行記錄，跟蹤、反饋、監(jiān)督產(chǎn)品工藝的執(zhí)行情況。 6. Count the daily attendance of personnel in the production workshop. 統(tǒng)計(jì)生產(chǎn)車(chē)間人員的日常出勤。 7. 協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成每周、每月的生產(chǎn)部報(bào)告。 Assist the leader to complete weekly and monthly production department reports. 8. Other tasks assigned by superior. 上級(jí)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。 |
