? On the issue of a production order; to prepare, set-up and adjust the production within the time allocated on the STAKA. ? 收到生產(chǎn)訂單后，在STAKA分配時(shí)間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)備、設(shè)置和調(diào)整設(shè)備，準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行生產(chǎn) ? Strip down previous production dies and calibrations. ? 拆除上一份訂單產(chǎn)品的磨頭和校正模 ? Set-up and start new production with LOP’s assistance if necessary. ? 若有必要，在技術(shù)員的協(xié)助下設(shè)置新的生產(chǎn)參數(shù) ? Bring the production to within specification and inform QC. Complete first off report on Laufzettel. ? 給QC具體規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品，讓他們馬上完成Laufzettel 的報(bào)告 ? To plan and organize all packaging materials, compound, recording the relevant dates on production documents during his work time. ? 計(jì)劃和組織所有包裝材料，混合物，于此同時(shí)在生產(chǎn)文件上記錄相關(guān)的日期 ? Fill out Monitoring sheet. ? 填寫監(jiān)控單 ? Return soiled production items to the Tool room and inform them on any future recommendations that may assist production. This is to be done together with the LOP. ? 與技術(shù)員一起，把影響生產(chǎn)的模具退給模具室，并就此給出建設(shè)性的意見和建議 ? To complete and carry out all the work stated on the MZE. ? 定期完成MZE上的所有工作 ? To complete the regular maintenance of machines/equipments allocated to him. ? 完成常規(guī)的機(jī)器維修/設(shè)備分配 ? To ensure that his work place is clean and that the health and safety standards are maintained. ? 按照維修部要求保持工作環(huán)境的整潔、健康與安全 ? Other duties as required. ? 按要求完成其他的職責(zé) |
