一、 崗位職責 Responsibilities of the position： 1).規(guī)劃項目活動、任務和最終結果，安排和協(xié)調(diào)任務并分配資源。 Planning project activities, tasks, and end-results, schedule, and coordinating tasks and allocating resources. 2).協(xié)調(diào)整合各部門經(jīng)理、供應商、客戶等。 Negotiating with and integrating functional managers, suppliers, users, etc. 3).監(jiān)控項目狀態(tài)。 Monitoring project status. 4).目標無法完成時尋找解決方案。 Find solutions when objectives cannot be achieved. 5).負責按時、按質、按預算交付項目。 Responsible for delivery of project on time, on quality and on budget. 6).負責推動跨職能跨部門的內(nèi)部討論和決策。 Responsible for driving internal discussions and driving decisions across multiple functions and sites. 7).協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和客戶的項目會議。 Coordinates project meetings internally and with customers. 8). 協(xié)助向客戶提供關鍵信息。 Supports delivery of critical communication to customers. 9). 協(xié)調(diào)項目中的資源和時間表。 Coordinates resources and timelines in projects. 10). 報告項目狀態(tài)。 Reports Project status. 11).從運營中推動交付成果，包括優(yōu)先級和瓶頸識別，以及提供解決方案。 Drives delivery performance from operations including prioritization and identification of bottlenecks, as well as providing solutions. 12).推動工作流程和項目優(yōu)化。 Drives optimization of workflow and process. 13).成本管理能力。 Capability for cost management. 二、 崗位要求 Requirements forthe position 1).機械、電氣相關專業(yè)背景， 8年以上工作經(jīng)驗。 Mechanical, electrical background, Over8years working experience. 2).能夠看懂CAD圖紙，具備CAD制圖技能。 Able to read and draw CAD drawings. 3).能夠平衡技術解決方案與時間、成本和人力等因素。 Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost, and human factors. 4).能夠識別問題并找到解決方案。 Able to identify problems and find solutions. 5).能夠很好的協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團隊和客戶。 Able to well coordinate internal teams and customers 6).能夠完整的理解完整的價值鏈-市場、設計、采購、制造和盈利的內(nèi)容。 Able to understand of full value chain –marketing, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and the concept of profitability. 7).有效且強大的溝通和整合能力 Effective and strong skills for communication and integration. 8).具備強烈的學習意愿。 Strong willing to learn. |
