Role Purpose: ? To ensure stable EMO supply and smart service risk management to achieve service level target構(gòu)建EMO供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定性體系及服務(wù)風(fēng)險智能管控機制，確保達成服務(wù)水平目標(biāo)。 ? To setup EMO planning structure and process to assure continuous development 建立EMO規(guī)劃架構(gòu)與流程，保障業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 ? To assure reasonable level of stock and minimal amount of SLOB inventory. 維持合理庫存水平，最大限度降低呆滯庫存。 ? To continuously improve supply chain efficiency and drive supply chain resilience 持續(xù)優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈效能，增強供應(yīng)鏈韌性。 Scope: ? China EMO Planning 中國區(qū)EMO計劃管理 Accountabilities: ? Responsible for EMO’ s Rough Cut Capacity Planning exercise and flag out potential service risk with proposal to assure service 負(fù)責(zé)EMO的產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃，識別潛在服務(wù)風(fēng)險并提出解決方案，保證供應(yīng)。 ? Review and confirm sales orders with all markets and place PO in system to copackers, then track PO status and solve the anomaly till the finish goods arrive in markets. 審查并與市場確認(rèn)銷售訂單，在系統(tǒng)中下達采購訂單給代加工廠，然后跟蹤采購訂單狀態(tài)并解決異常問題，直到成品到達市場。 ? Manage logistic and deal with clearance& invoices with Copackers/Forwarder/RB entity/global logistic team. 與代工廠/貨代 /RB 實體/全球物流團隊一起管理物流運輸和處理清關(guān)、發(fā)票事宜。 ? Responsible for PO management together with EMO, make sure only necessary material & quantity is ordered and aligned with market demand. 負(fù)責(zé)與EMO一起進行PO管理，確保只訂購必要的材料和數(shù)量，并與市場需求保持一致。 ? Monitoring EMO related RM/PM/FG stock level to ensure no OOS & no overstock & minimum SLOB and ensure overall material & WIP stock level per business target. 監(jiān)控與EMO相關(guān)的RM/PM/FG庫存水平，以確保沒有OOS、無過剩庫存和最小SLOB，并確保每個業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的整體物料和WIP庫存水平。 ? Responsible for accuracy and timely update of master data in JDE/RR or other systems relevant to Planning. 負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)確及時更新 JDE/RR 或其它系統(tǒng)中與 Planning 相關(guān)的主數(shù)據(jù)。 ? Follow up NPD/EPD projects progress to ensure delivered as per schedule. ?跟進 NPD/EPD 項目的進展情況，以確保按計劃交付。 ? Track key suppliers’ performance and provide justifiable evaluation and rating. 跟蹤主要供應(yīng)商的績效并提供合理的評估和評級。 ? Attend markets’ S&OP meeting and global service call 參加市場的 S&OP 會議和全球服務(wù)電話會議。 ? Support other tasks assigned by line manager 支持部門經(jīng)理分配的其他任務(wù)。 ? Comply with regulations pertaining to disinfectant products, cosmetics, medical devices, as well as the company's quality management system documents. Ensure that the work performed in this position meets GMP requirements and fulfil the obligations related to product quality and safety as outlined in the relevant quality management documents. “遵守消毒產(chǎn)品、化妝品、醫(yī)療器械法規(guī)，及公司質(zhì)量管理體系文件，確保本崗位的工作滿足GMP要求，履行本崗位的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全義務(wù)（見相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理文件）。 ? To support the WCM project. 支持工廠的WCM項目的建設(shè) Skills & Experience required: ? Bachelor’s degree or above. 本科及以上學(xué)歷 ? 3+ years foreign trade customer service or manufacturing planning background 3年以上外貿(mào)客服或生產(chǎn)計劃經(jīng)驗 ? Basic understanding of supply chain process & system 對供應(yīng)鏈流程和系統(tǒng)有基本的了解 ? Good at Microsoft Office skills 精通辦公軟件 ? Experience in FMCG is preferred 快消行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 Professional qualifications required: ? Strong communication skills in terms of persuasion and negotiation 較強的說服和談判溝通技巧 ? Excellent English overall skills 英語綜合能力優(yōu)秀 ? Efficient and effective in time management 高效和有效的時間管理 ? Good understanding of Finance, Quality and Production 對財務(wù)、質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)有很好的理解 ? Service oriented & result oriented mindset 以服務(wù)和結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向的心態(tài) |
