MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)： 1. Evaluate the technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects. Participate in the discussion and formulation of project solutions. 評(píng)估非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)可行性和成本。參與項(xiàng)目方案的討論和制定。 2. Select electrical components and draw circuit diagrams independently. 獨(dú)立完成電氣元件的選型和電路圖的繪制。 3. Complete electrical assembly work independently. 獨(dú)立完成電氣裝配工作。 4. Write PLC and HMI programs, and complete machine commission independently. 獨(dú)立完成PLC和HMI程序的編寫，并且完成設(shè)備的調(diào)試。 5. Write and debug PC program and machine visual programs. 編寫和調(diào)試上位機(jī)和視覺程序。 6. Write and debug robot programs. 編寫和調(diào)試機(jī)器人程序. 7. Write machine operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance item lists, and other machine related documents. 編寫設(shè)備操作手冊、點(diǎn)檢表、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目清單等設(shè)備相關(guān)文檔。 8. Implement project management, including project related schedule management, cost management, procurement management, communication management, risk management, conflict management, etc. 執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目管理，包括項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、采購管理、溝通管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、沖突管理等。 9. Share your skills and project experience with other members of the department, maintenance department, or internal customers. Assist other members of the department in resolving issues encountered in the project. 分享自己的技能和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)給部門其他成員，維修部門或者內(nèi)部客戶。幫助部門其他成員解決項(xiàng)目中遇到的問題。 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上級(jí)指派的其他任務(wù)。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件： Education & Major 學(xué)歷與專業(yè) College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering / Automation or related. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，電氣工程或自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)。 Job Related Experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years of experience in electrical and PLC programming design for non-standard automation machines 至少3年以上的非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化機(jī)器電氣設(shè)計(jì)和PLC編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Total Working Experience整體工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years of work experience. 至少3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識(shí) Siemens PLC and HMI programming; 西門子PLC和HMI編程能力； Electrical circuit diagrams drawing by E-plan; 使用E-plan軟件繪制電路圖； Robot programming is a plus; 機(jī)器人編程是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng)； C#/C++/VB/Labview programming is a plus; C#/C++/VB/Labview編程是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng)； Machine vision programming, such VisionPro or Halcon is a plus. 機(jī)器視覺編程，比如VisionPro或者Halcon是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng)。 Others 其他 Be able to use both oral and written English for technical and project communication; 能夠使用口頭和書面英語進(jìn)行技術(shù)和項(xiàng)目溝通； Proficient in using Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc. 熟練使用Office辦公軟件,包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive等。 Have good presentation and communication skills, be able to present technical solutions and explain technical issues to non-professionals. 具有良好的表達(dá)和溝通能力，能向非專業(yè)人士展示技術(shù)方案，說明技術(shù)問題。 Have good coordination skills, able to coordinate internal department, supplier, and internal customer resources to advance project progress. 具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，為推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，能夠協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)部，供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部客戶資源。 Ability to scientifically and systematically analyse and solve problems. 具有科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)地分析和解決問題的能力。 Have the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and technologies, and be able to quickly master new skills through self-learning or training when a project requires new technologies, and use them in the project to meet project requirements. 具備快速地學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)和技術(shù)的能力，當(dāng)項(xiàng)目需要新的技術(shù)時(shí)能夠通過自我學(xué)習(xí)或培訓(xùn)快速掌握新技能并且在項(xiàng)目中使用，完成項(xiàng)目的要求。 |
