| 工作描述： |
1. Identify and manage a world-class supply base to support business objectives and company's product roadmaps; 定義及管理一個(gè)世界級(jí)的供應(yīng)基地以支持業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)及公司的產(chǎn)品路線圖； 2. Develop and maintain long term supplier relationships that provide competitive advantages such as lowest cost, excellent quality and superior customer service. Participate in supply china strategies and engage with suppliers to support supply chain requirements; 發(fā)展和維護(hù)長期的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系，提供競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，如最低的成本、卓越的質(zhì)量及優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶服務(wù)。參與中國供應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略，與供應(yīng)商合作以支持供應(yīng)鏈需求； 3. Negotiate best terms and conditions to meet profitability objectives, Drive total cost ownership and continuous cost reduction with suppliers; 與供應(yīng)商協(xié)商***條款及條件以達(dá)成盈利目標(biāo)，推動(dòng)總承包控制和持續(xù)的降低成本； 4. Formulate, maintain and distribute product cost profile at component level for purchased products; 為采購的產(chǎn)品指定、維護(hù)和分發(fā)零部件層面的產(chǎn)品成本檔案； 5. Monitor and evaluate industry supply trends. Stay on top of trend data of raw material supply and pricing. Analyze, predict and prevent adverse capacity constraints or material price increases; 監(jiān)測(cè)和評(píng)估行業(yè)供應(yīng)趨勢(shì)。掌握原材料供應(yīng)和價(jià)格的趨勢(shì)數(shù)據(jù)。分析、預(yù)測(cè)和防止不利的產(chǎn)能限制或材料價(jià)格上漲； 6. Survey and certify new suppliers in conjunction with Supplier Quality, R&D/Engineering team. Audit supplier conformance to quality, capacity and cost commitments; 與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量、研發(fā)/工程團(tuán)隊(duì)一起調(diào)查和認(rèn)證新供應(yīng)商。審核供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)能和成本承諾； 7. Participate as an active member of cross-functional team to support on-time launch of China & LCC projects. 作為跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)的積極成員，支持中國和LCC項(xiàng)目的按時(shí)啟動(dòng)。 Requirement： 1. Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Sciences or other applicable fields 本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先， 2. 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Purchasing /Engineering area 5年以上在汽車零部件行業(yè)采購或工程領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. Supplier and project management (purchased parts) experiences 供應(yīng)商及項(xiàng)目（采購部件）管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4. Purchasing professional qualifications are plus, e.g. CIPS, CPSM 取得采購專業(yè)技能證書如CIPS，CPSM的更佳 5. Solid product and market knowledge of Resin, injection molded plastic parts, mechanical parts, electrical components 在樹脂，注塑或機(jī)構(gòu)件或電子件方面有獨(dú)立的產(chǎn)品及市場(chǎng)知識(shí) 6. Strong negotiation and communication skills and sourcing ability. 較好的談判及溝通技巧和sourcing能力。 7. Good English ability, both written and oral 英語流利（口語及書面） |
