| 工作描述： |
Main tasks主要任務(wù) 1. Focus on pump spare parts and service business, and get orders;專注低溫泵備品備件和服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)并獲得訂單； 2. Promote spare pump business, and get orders;推廣備泵項(xiàng)目并獲得訂單； 3. Understand and find customers’ core requirement, maintain the relationship of existing customers, collect and analysis customer voice, improve customer satisfaction level;了解和掌握客戶核心需求，維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系，搜集分析客戶反饋，不斷提高客戶滿意度； 4. Develop new customers;積極開拓新客戶； 5. Cooperate with service engineer team, improve the awareness and competiveness of brand and products in the market;與售后工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)通力合作，提升品牌和產(chǎn)品在市場的知名度和競爭力； 6. Cooperate with new pump sales, support new pump sales for the customer development, new project exploration and getting orders;與新泵銷售通力合作，支持新泵銷售的客戶開發(fā)，項(xiàng)目挖掘和訂單獲取； 7. According company’s sales plan and strategy, continue to improve own sales strategy and sales way, give reasonable and good suggestion to leader and company;根據(jù)公司整體銷售計(jì)劃與戰(zhàn)略，對自身的銷售策略和銷售方式不斷改進(jìn)和完善，向上級(jí)和公司提出合理的建議和意見； 8. Learn and hold the related knowledge of products, technical and industry;學(xué)習(xí)和掌握相關(guān)產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和行業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)； 9. Complete regular report on time;及時(shí)完成日常工作報(bào)告 |

Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience. 至少3年及以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 4. Bachelor’s degree and above in machinery related technical degree;本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)技術(shù)專業(yè) Preferred優(yōu)選項(xiàng) 1. Experience with after-sales service sales preferred;售后服務(wù)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； 2. Experience with ASU, O&G industry preferred;空分、油氣行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； 3. Experience with chemical process equipment sales preferred.化工工藝流程設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 |
