| 工作描述： |
1. Structured rotation across core functions (Design, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, Shop Floor Management, Lean Improvement) in China and overseas branches. 2. One-on-one mentorship from department head, with customized development plans based on individual strengths. 3. Promotion to supervisory level (Production/Planning/Quality) after successful program completion, with access to the company's management talent pool. 4. Participate in the full-cycle rotation program, deeply engage in daily work of each function, and complete assigned projects (e.g., lean improvement projects, new product trial production). 5. After rotation, take charge of a production team, including team motivation, performance management, work discipline supervision, and output target achievement. -Lead a team, guide and motivate the team, reinforce the discipline and output. -Daily management in shop floor to secure the smooth production running. -Ensure the production related KPIs including OTD, PPM, scrap rate, productivity, 5S, and safety. Drive the continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. -Capacity planning, recruiting, training, performance review of employees. -Collaborate with design, planning, ME, quality and other departments in new product introduction. |

Fluent English in writing and speaking 4. Strong learning willingness and ability 5. Good team spirit and excellent communication ability 6. Basic data analysis skills (proficient in Excel) |
