1.負(fù)責(zé)客戶日常對(duì)接,受理訂單咨詢、產(chǎn)品咨詢、售后問題、投訴及需求反饋,保持專業(yè)、高效溝通。 Be responsible for daily customer communication, handle order inquiries, product inquiries, after-sales issues, complaints and demand feedback, and maintain professional and efficient communication." 2.處理訂單錄入、跟進(jìn)、交期確認(rèn)、異常協(xié)調(diào),確保訂單流程順暢、信息準(zhǔn)確。 Handle order entry, follow-up, delivery date confirmation, and abnormal coordination to ensure a smooth order process and accurate information." 3.跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、物流、倉庫等內(nèi)部環(huán)節(jié),及時(shí)同步訂單進(jìn)度,解決交付、質(zhì)量、退換貨等問題。 Follow up on internal links such as production, logistics and warehousing, synchronize the progress of orders in a timely manner, and solve problems related to delivery, quality, returns and exchanges." 4.維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度,按要求完成客戶回訪、滿意度記錄。 Maintain customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and complete customer follow-up visits and satisfaction records as required." 5.準(zhǔn)確記錄客戶信息、溝通內(nèi)容、問題處理過程及結(jié)果,形成臺(tái)賬與報(bào)表。 Accurately record customer information, communication content, problem handling process and results, and form ledgers and reports." 6.配合銷售、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、物流等部門,執(zhí)行公司客服標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程,符合合規(guī)和體系要求。 Cooperate with sales, production, quality control, logistics and other departments to implement the company's customer service standards and procedures, and comply with the compliance and system requirements" 7.完成上級(jí)安排的其他客戶服務(wù)及數(shù)據(jù)整理相關(guān)工作。 Complete other customer service and data collation-related tasks assigned by superiors." |
