工作職責(zé)但不限于： ? 進(jìn)行常規(guī)測(cè)試 Conduct routine testing ? 記錄測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，并能夠分析和溝通結(jié)果（例如，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況） Record test data and be able to analyze and communicate results (e.g. notice irregularities) ? 執(zhí)行常規(guī)設(shè)備維護(hù) Carry out routine equipment maintenance ? 安裝和操作設(shè)備及系統(tǒng) Install and operate equipment and systems ? 保持工作環(huán)境整潔 Maintain a clean working environment ? 遵循所有質(zhì)量規(guī)程，并向部門測(cè)試經(jīng)理報(bào)告任何差異 Follow all quality protocols and report any discrepancies to the Manager of Mechanical Testing ? 主要是從事物理和電測(cè)試，但不限于化學(xué)，頭盔和物流 Mainly responsible for physical and electrical testing-related work, but may also involve chemical testing, helmet testing, and logistics department tasks. ? 可能被分配特殊或臨時(shí)項(xiàng)目，實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試忙碌時(shí)，能配合公司加班要求 May be assigned special or ad hoc projects，Able to work overtime as required during peak aboratory testing periods |

所需資格和技能： ? 教育： 要求大專學(xué)歷，機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè) Education: Associates Degree required ? 經(jīng)驗(yàn)： 1-2年機(jī)械測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，尤其是有自行車和戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)用品相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和熟悉度 Experience: 1-2 years mechanical testing experience a plus, especially experience and familiarity with bicycles and outdoors sporting goods ? 培訓(xùn)： 參加公司規(guī)定的培訓(xùn)，并能夠在培訓(xùn)結(jié)束時(shí)展示獨(dú)立進(jìn)行測(cè)試的能力 Training: Participate in company mandated training and be able to demonstrate ability to conduct testing independently at conclusion of training ? 技術(shù)知識(shí)： 具備扎實(shí)的測(cè)試概念與基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，并能夠?qū)⒏拍顟?yīng)用于質(zhì)量控制測(cè)試 Technical knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of testing concepts and ability to apply concepts to quality control testing ? 技能Skills: ： o 處理樣品和各種設(shè)備時(shí)具有良好的手眼協(xié)調(diào)能力 Good hand/eye coordination when handling samples and various equipment o 必須能夠以安全、準(zhǔn)確和及時(shí)的方式閱讀、理解和遵循工作指導(dǎo) Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate, and timely manner o 熟悉Microsoft Office及其他基本辦公電腦技能/軟件 Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software o 注重細(xì)節(jié)，能夠在壓力下良好工作 Strong attention to detail, able to work well under pressure o 良好的時(shí)間管理和溝通技巧 Good time management and communication skills o 能夠與他人合作良好，也能獨(dú)立工作 Ability to work well with others and independently o 英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力優(yōu)先 English speaking, reading, and writing skills a plus |
