| 工作描述： |
1. Responsible for entire EDB processing/fabrication machinery and automation technology’s sourcing in Asia, according to the customized requirements of the project, and combine into REHAU standard to reinforce them into all EDB plants worldwide. 2. Lead and support negotiations with APAC suppliers or potential partners. 3. CE-compliant layout of designs by taking valid standards and specifications as well as required calculations regarding strength, statics, flow and heat transfer into account. 4. Drawings are made acc. to valid standards and relevant REHAU Internal Technical Standards. 5. Coordinating with process groups, plants and control engineering. 6. Compiling the parts list in line with standards by means of an in-house developed tool. 7. Designing and compiling production and assembly drawings for external mechanical engineering, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams. 8. Compiling the risk analysis required for CE-compliant documentation as well as the operating instructions. 9. Machine approvals at the manufacturer regarding the order volume for design. 10. Managing technical files with fixed specifications in terms of deadlines and costs. 11. Managing technical transfers to AM, EMEA, India and other countries, including installation and commissioning work. 12. Give technical support in case of technical/process relevant issues. 13. Conduct training in all EDB plants as well. 14. Observance of the REHAU HSE management system. |

1) EDUCATION Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical or engineering. 2) EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical design with solid process development knowledge and project experience, and extrusion processing or related area preferred. 3) SKILLS Strong English writing and speaking ability. Machinery or automation project background preferred. Good negotiating skills, creative, open -minded. Ability to travel to Countries like Brazil, Mexico, Germany, India, etc. Strong-minded, result-oriented, teamwork spirit, initiative. Familiar with CAD and SolidWorks. |
