職位概述（Job Summary） 負責(zé)Novosana工廠整體設(shè)備維護、工程及項目管理工作，主導(dǎo)全員生產(chǎn)維護（TPM）體系的建立與落地，管理工廠設(shè)施項目，控制維護成本，打造高績效維護團隊，確保所有工作符合EHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及公司要求。 Lead the overall maintenance, engineering and project management function at Novosana factory. Responsible for establishing and implementing TPM systems, managing facility projects, controlling maintenance costs, building a high-performance maintenance team, and ensuring all activities comply with EHS standards and company requirements. 主要職責(zé)（Main Responsibilities） 1.在Novosana工廠建立并維護全員生產(chǎn)維護（TPM）體系，制定完善的設(shè)備維護計劃，帶領(lǐng)團隊高效執(zhí)行，確保所有設(shè)備（硬件及軟件）管理規(guī)范、運行穩(wěn)定可靠。 Establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system at Novosana factory. Develop sound maintenance plans and lead the team to implement them effectively to ensure all equipment (hardware & software) is well-managed and kept in reliable condition. 2.管理新的資本投資及建設(shè)項目，確保項目符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全要求及既定時間節(jié)點，以專業(yè)設(shè)計和過程安全為核心，推動項目順利交付。 Manage new capital investment and construction projects, ensuring projects comply with quality standards, safety requirements and scheduled timelines. Drive project delivery with professional design and process safety in mind. 3.控制建設(shè)及設(shè)備維護相關(guān)成本，根據(jù)質(zhì)量、價格及服務(wù)水平篩選合格供應(yīng)商，與優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商建立長期合作關(guān)系，客觀開展報價對比，優(yōu)化備件庫存水平，嚴控庫存成本。 Control costs for construction and maintenance activities. Select qualified vendors based on quality, price and service; build long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers and conduct objective bid comparisons. Maintain spare parts inventory at optimized levels with controlled cost. 4.打造高績效設(shè)備維護團隊，傳遞公司價值觀及文化，為團隊成員制定清晰的KPI及SMART目標(biāo)，激勵員工成長，推動團隊持續(xù)改進。 Build a high-performance maintenance team, promote company values and culture, set clear KPI / SMART objectives for team members, motivate staff and drive continuous improvement. 5.與EHS團隊緊密協(xié)作，確保設(shè)備維護安全。在維護或維修工作前開展全面風(fēng)險評估，要求承包商及第三方嚴格遵守EHS規(guī)定，確保安全流程落地執(zhí)行并被相關(guān)人員嚴格遵循。 Work closely with the EHS team to ensure maintenance safety. Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to maintenance or repair work. Ensure contractors and third parties strictly comply with EHS rules, and that safety procedures are established and fully implemented. 任職要求（Job Requirements） ?本科及以上學(xué)歷，設(shè)備、工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。 Bachelor’s degree in equipment/engineering or related field. ?5年以上設(shè)備維護、工程或項目管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。 5+ years of working experience in maintenance, engineering or project management. ?2年以上跨國企業(yè)/外企主管或管理崗位經(jīng)驗。 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a multinational / foreign-owned company. ?英語聽說讀寫流利，熟練使用辦公軟件（MS Office）及CAD繪圖軟件。 Fluent in English (written & spoken). Proficient in MS Office and CAD. ?具備較強的團隊組織、管理、激勵及培訓(xùn)能力，責(zé)任心強、可靠務(wù)實。 Strong capabilities in team organization, management, motivation and training; highly responsible and reliable. ?優(yōu)先考慮化工、食品、制藥或相關(guān)流程行業(yè)背景者。 Background in chemical, food, pharmaceutical or related process industries is highly preferred. |
