| 工作描述： |
1.Planning of processes for the production of new and modified products considering engineering as well as business and work studies. 2.Determine all resources required, such as investments, production equipment, infrastructures, floor space required , material flow and assembly workforce for series SMT or assembly and implementation of planning variants. 3. Assist in calculating total manufacturing cost and decision-making concerning cost effectiveness of projects, incl. proposing modifications. 4. Determine, assess and select local manufacturers of special machines (production equipment) and prepare them technically until order can be placed; assist in commercial placement of order. 5. Plan, correct and optimize all steps until release of initial series production 6. Prepare series production technically, commercially and logistically; attend start-up management. 7. Analyze and optimize existing assembly procedures in coordination with lead center. 8. Operate and optimize FTE systems and methods such as PDM, SAP, MTM, Q audit, CAD, PFMEA 9. Accomplish other related work assignments given by the supervisor |
