Gerneral Purpose： Responsible for projects related to production. 負責與生產(chǎn)相關的各類項目 Main Task: 1.Responsible for projects related to production, mainly related to the following topics: -Responsible for new product introduction projects; lean manufacturing projects; phase-out projects; training projects; other projects related to production -Further standardize and improve existing processes for production preparation of newly developed products -Create new processes for new machine production preparation based on new requirement -Further standardize and improve existing training processes -Create new training processes based on new requirement -Further standardize and improve existing processes for machine phase-out -Create new processes for machine phase-out based on new requirement -負責新產(chǎn)品引入項目；精益生產(chǎn)項目；停產(chǎn)項目；培訓項目；其他生產(chǎn)相關的項目 -進一步標準化及優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有新機型生產(chǎn)準備流程 -根據(jù)新的需求建立新的新機型生產(chǎn)準備流程 -進一步標準化及優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有培訓流程 -根據(jù)新的需求建立新的培訓流程 -進一步標準化及優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有機床退市流程 -根據(jù)新的需求建立新的機床退市流程 2.Support tasks related to new machine production preparation, machine phase-out and training 協(xié)助完成新機型生產(chǎn)準備，機床退市和員工培訓相關的任務 3.Support the 5S tasks in working area 協(xié)助工作區(qū)域的5S任務 4.Ensure safety standards 嚴格遵守及推行安全準則，確保安全生產(chǎn)運行 5.Support to perform continuous improvement 能夠主動地發(fā)現(xiàn)浪費并協(xié)助完成改善、消除浪費 6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. 任職要求： 1.Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上學歷（必須項） 2.Industrial engineering or other engineering majors 工業(yè)工程專業(yè)或工科大類專業(yè)（必須項) 3.Has very good English skills 流利的英語能力（必須項） 4.Working experience in production is preferred 有生產(chǎn)部門工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮 5.Works actively, accepts feedback, shows commitment and loyalty, good communication skills, good MS Office skills, SAP skills is preferred 能積極工作，積極接受他人反饋，具有良好的敬業(yè)精神及忠誠度，具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，良好的MS Office技能，有SAP技能者優(yōu)先考慮 6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責任心和客戶導向意識. 7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具備獨立應對問題的能力, 思維開放,富有團隊合作意識. 8.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學習的能力 9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊以及行為準則. 備注：工作地點為蘇州太倉 |
