The Process Quality Engineer will carry out process quality control activities to achieve assigned yearly quality objective. 品質(zhì)控制工程師將從事制程品質(zhì)控制活動相關(guān)的工作，協(xié)助團(tuán)隊達(dá)到指定的年度質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。 The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work in this position. Be responsible for securing best in class quality for assigned products. 致力于針對指定的產(chǎn)品獲得優(yōu)秀的質(zhì)量等級。 2. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for inspection of products. 建立并維護(hù)檢驗程序和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)。 3. Guide and manage IQC,IPQC and OQC activities; 指導(dǎo)并管理來料檢驗、過程檢驗和出貨檢驗. 4. Conduct in-process audit as IPQC activities. 作為制程控制的一種手段，執(zhí)行在線制程稽查。 5. Deal with quality problems from production line and customer side; organize the team to have troubleshooting, define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions. 處理產(chǎn)線和客戶端發(fā)生的品質(zhì)事件。組織團(tuán)隊查找原因，制定并執(zhí)行糾正預(yù)防措施。 6. Lead cross functional team to carry out effective problem-solving processes for customer quality complaints and internal process quality accidents, complete effective problem-solving reports according to the 8D approach , and track the problem solving of quality accidents to guaranine quality issues continuously improvements. 帶領(lǐng)相關(guān)部門對于客戶質(zhì)量投訴問題以及內(nèi)部過程質(zhì)量事故進(jìn)行有效的問題解決流程，按照8D邏輯完成有效的問題解決報告，并跟蹤質(zhì)量事故的問題解決情況，以確保質(zhì)量問題的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。 7. Monitor critical parameter from production line to identify quality trend. 通過對關(guān)鍵制程參數(shù)的監(jiān)控，發(fā)現(xiàn)品質(zhì)變化趨勢。 8. Monitor Engineering Change Notifications. 監(jiān)控工程變更的實施情況。 9. Setup/follow up equipment calibration for entire team. 為整個團(tuán)隊建立并執(zhí)行設(shè)備的校驗工作 10. Analyze quality data, and implement quality improvement projects. 分析品質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)，執(zhí)行品質(zhì)改進(jìn)計劃。 11. Support the assembly and commissioning process of assigned products. 支持產(chǎn)線針對指定產(chǎn)品的安裝和試運行的任務(wù)。 12. Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly 嚴(yán)格遵守相關(guān)的安全和質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 13. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |

Knowledge/skills (Please list 2-3 most important points) 1.IQC/IPQC/OQC system establishment and maintenance experience; IQC/IPQC/OQC 系統(tǒng)的建立和維護(hù)經(jīng)驗； 2.Good data analysis ability, and MSA ，Minitab and SPC is a plus; 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，MSA， Minitab ，SPC運用熟練者優(yōu)先； 3.Customer issue handling experience, and 8D report handing is a must; 客戶問題處理經(jīng)驗，必須能夠獨立編寫8D 報告； 4.Good troubleshooting ability, and be familiar with the tools related; 良好的問題分析能力，熟練掌握相關(guān)分析工具； 5.In-process audit experience; 有制程稽核經(jīng)驗； 6.Knowledgeable process validation; 有制程確認(rèn)經(jīng)驗； 7.Be familiar with calibration; 熟悉設(shè)備校驗； |
