1. Confirming if all the new projects and integrated moulds follow FICOSA standard which will be very important to the key indicator improvement of mold change time of and also work with Team to do the trial run and prepare the samples of new products. And joining in the part components validation process and adjustment if needs until it goes to mass production.確認所有新項目模具及移回來的模具是否遵照FICOSA標準，此標準直接影響到換模時間,，參與產(chǎn)品試做，工藝調(diào)整，準備新產(chǎn)品試做及驗證直至正常量產(chǎn)。 2. To attend daily meetings between the Moulds, Manufacturing and Quality Departments in order to suggest reparations and improvements in production flows.參加每日生產(chǎn)，模具，質(zhì)量檢討會議，做好相應(yīng)模修，變更提高跟蹤。 3. Review current work tune and Improving production cycle time and quality in current processes. Evaluating the robot to be available and valuable and make the process more stable and repeatly回顧現(xiàn)有制程節(jié)拍及提高目前工藝質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能周期,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的實際狀況評估機械手的效用及對于保證制程的一致性和重復(fù)性。 4. To implement new processes, drawing up the product documents and for mold technical specifications, communicate with suppliers, implementing them in the factory and correcting non-conformities.導(dǎo)入新工藝，建立產(chǎn)品文件和模具參數(shù)，聯(lián)絡(luò)供應(yīng)商，糾正異常情況。 5. To set up ，develop and update process documentation (Work instruction, PFMEA, production diagrams) to optimize the process to be more easier, valuable and efficient.建立，更新和改進工藝文件（作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，F(xiàn)EMA，生產(chǎn)圖表） 6. To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures that are suitable for improving the process.分析生產(chǎn)問題（產(chǎn)能，質(zhì)量），實施改進工藝的措施 7. Support company EHS police.支持公司安全環(huán)境及健康政策。 8. Training technician to improve working skills and check if operators follow the working disciplines( WI, on time and right report, record, miss label) which are the key to make sure the CP report to be correct and reliable .Find a way to improve the mistake of reporting and mislabel.培訓技術(shù)員提高技能,及檢查作業(yè)員是否按照工作紀律作業(yè)如：作業(yè)指導(dǎo)，及時及準確報告，標簽）此直接影響到CP 報告的真實性及可信性。尋找提高CP報交錯誤及標簽丟失的方法。 9. Support his supervisor to monitor all module’ process to be stably &efficiently and achieve to the target set up by plant manager.協(xié)助其主管掌控整個模塊使其穩(wěn)定的，有效的去實現(xiàn)工廠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定的目標。 |
