崗位職責： 1.負責訂單到收款全流程管理，包括訂單接收、系統(tǒng)錄入、訂單評審、狀態(tài)跟進；主導訂單交付，掌握交付進度，協(xié)調解決交付異常，實現(xiàn)準時交付目標達成。Manage the whole process of order-to-cash, including forecast and order review,upload in ERP system, order confirming and tracking.Drive customer order delivery by follow up delivery progress,coordinate and resolve roadblock to achieve on-time delivery targets. 2.負責原材料和包材的需求預測和訂單，精準識別需求缺口，為采購決策提供依據(jù)；主導原材料訂單的釋放，與供應商保持密切溝通，跟進交付進度，以滿足生產(chǎn)需求；Responsible for raw material and package forecast and order releasing by identifying gap to support ordering process, drive ordering and deliveries to fulfill demands. 3.有效處理客戶關于訂單、發(fā)貨、退貨的所有疑問，及時解決問題并反饋客戶;Effectively handle customers’ enquiries related to orders, delivery and return, solve the issues and provide feedback to customers in time 4.負責處理投訴和異常情況，通過記錄問題日志管理客戶反饋，確保持續(xù)改進; Responsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvement 5. 監(jiān)控庫存水平以確保庫存周轉率達到目標Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover rate meet target 6.準備和編制發(fā)貨相關的文件、開具系統(tǒng)發(fā)票完成交付閉環(huán)Preparation and Creat goods delivery docs. Creat billing and invoicing to conduct the closed-loop deliveries. 7.負責應收、應付賬款的系統(tǒng)流程，支持財務工作Support Financial affairs by leading AR&AP process 8.管理和更新客服相關SOP文件，為內部/外部審計提供訂單相關文檔支持,確保合規(guī)及KPI達成;Manage and update SOP documents, Provide order-related documents for internal and external audit to ensure compliance and KPI achievement; 9.完成直線經(jīng)理、部門負責人安排的臨時任務 Conduct other task assigned by line manager and depart head. 任職要求： 1.大專以上學歷 ，25-45歲 ，五官端正，從事客戶服務相關工作2年以上； 2.熟練使用 ERP 系統(tǒng),英文良好； 3.開朗，大方，舉止得體，與客戶能良好溝通，有責任心，工作認真！ |
