| 工作描述： |
? Responsible for bulk and finished goods physical and chemical analysis per TDS testing method, Enterprise standard &GB standard. 負責(zé)按照TDS, 企標或國標檢測方法和標準對半成品，成品進行理化指標。 ? Lab 5S, safety. 實驗室5S、安全。 ? Bulk and finished product physical & chemical testing. 半成品，成品理化指標檢測。 ? Lab equipment qualification， calibration，maintenance. 實驗室設(shè)備確認， 校正，維護。 ? Test method transfer and validation. 檢測方法轉(zhuǎn)移和驗證。 ? Perform bulk and finished product physical and chemical testing based on global TDS method Enterprise standard, GB standards. 基于TDS方法，企標或國標執(zhí)行對半成品，成品的理化檢測。 ? Support supervisor for analysis time reduce study by optimizing the process, test method or introducing new equipment/instrument. 配合主管共同研究如何通過優(yōu)化過程，方法以及引進新型設(shè)備去減少測試時間。 ? Perform or assist the vendor during the installation qualification (IQ), operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of the analytical instruments. 協(xié)助進行新設(shè)備的3Q認證。 ? Perform or assist the site validation activities, such as cleaning validation, process validation, method transfer/ validation etc. 幫助完成驗證活動，如清洗驗證，工藝驗證，方法轉(zhuǎn)移或驗證等。 ? Perform equipment/instruments routine calibration, maintenance activities per defined SOP/WI， ensure the good condition and correction operation of equipment. 按照計劃進行設(shè)備校正以及維護活動, 確保所用的分析儀器正確使用，運行良好。 ? Follow data integrity on all the data recording process. 確保在整個數(shù)據(jù)記錄過程中的數(shù)據(jù)完整性。 ? Manage the documentation and records at the lab. 文件及相應(yīng)記錄管理。 ? Understand and follow laboratory safety instructions & precautions in handling reagents, and disposal of chemical waste according with local environmental regulations. 理解化驗室安全要求，遵守安全規(guī)范，試劑管理，正確處理廢棄物。 ? Lab 5s maintenance. 實驗室5S管理。 ? Report to line manager at the first time for any issue related to product or lab. 向直線經(jīng)理第一時間匯報產(chǎn)品或?qū)嶒炇蚁嚓P(guān)問題。 ? Perform assigned task by supervisor. 完成主管分配的工作。 |
