In this role, you will join TRUMPF’s global Micro Applications team as a key member based at the LAC Shenzhen laboratory, contributing to application testing, application consulting, and remote and on-site application support, while engaging in international Micro Applications projects and supporting customers across the Asia-Pacific region. 該崗位依托通快深圳激光應(yīng)用中心，作為通快集團(tuán)微加工團(tuán)隊重要成員，參與國際化微加工應(yīng)用項目協(xié)作，承擔(dān)應(yīng)用測試、應(yīng)用咨詢以及遠(yuǎn)程和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用支持等工作，支撐亞太區(qū)域重點(diǎn)客戶與前沿應(yīng)用項目落地。 1. Carry out Micro Applications tests in accordance with customer application requirements and prepare professional application reports in English. 根據(jù)客戶應(yīng)用需求開展微加工應(yīng)用相關(guān)測試，并輸出專業(yè)的英文應(yīng)用測試報告。 2. Provide timely remote and on-site application support to customers, focusing on process parameter tuning and application troubleshooting. 為客戶提供及時的遠(yuǎn)程及現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用支持，重點(diǎn)開展工藝參數(shù)調(diào)試及應(yīng)用問題分析與解決。 3. Support application consulting activities within the Micro Applications team at the LAC Shenzhen laboratory to better serve customers in the Asia-Pacific region. 在深圳 LAC 實(shí)驗(yàn)室微加工應(yīng)用團(tuán)隊中參與應(yīng)用咨詢相關(guān)工作，更好地支持亞太地區(qū)客戶需求。 4. Conduct application development and verification for new Micro Applications based on customer requirements and industry trends. 結(jié)合客戶需求及行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，開展新的微加工應(yīng)用開發(fā)與驗(yàn)證工作。 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application implementation and technical solution deployment at customer sites. 與相關(guān)團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，支持微加工應(yīng)用方案在客戶現(xiàn)場的技術(shù)落地與實(shí)施。 |

Requirements: 1. Fundamental understanding of laser–material interaction relevant to Micro Applications. 具備與微加工應(yīng)用相關(guān)的激光與材料相互作用基礎(chǔ)理解。 2. Hands-on experience with industrial applications of nanosecond and ultrafast lasers (picosecond and femtosecond). 具備納秒及超快激光器（皮秒、飛秒）在工業(yè)微加工應(yīng)用中的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3. Ability to independently conduct application testing, process parameter tuning, and application troubleshooting. 具備獨(dú)立開展應(yīng)用測試、工藝參數(shù)調(diào)試及應(yīng)用問題分析與解決的能力。 4. Experience in Micro Applications on brittle materials such as glass, sapphire, ceramics, or similar materials is a strong plus. 具備玻璃、藍(lán)寶石、陶瓷等脆性材料微加工應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 5. Good technical communication skills and the ability to summarize application results in written reports. 具備良好的技術(shù)溝通能力，能夠?qū)?yīng)用結(jié)果進(jìn)行書面總結(jié)與匯報。 Language: 1. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通話）作為母語. 2. English skill for technical document reading, writing and business activities英語流利，可進(jìn)行技術(shù)文檔讀寫及商務(wù)溝通。 |
