Order processing specialist will be responsible for order processing, SAP operation, contract compliance check, customer payment, and assist customers to complete customs clearance, make daily reports. 訂單處理專員, 主要負責訂單處理, SAP系統(tǒng)操作, 合同合規(guī)核對, 客戶付款, 并協(xié)助客戶完成清關(guān), 制作日常報表 1、Responsible for order processing contract related documents sorting, statistics and archiving, SAP system operation,. 負責公司訂單處理，合同相關(guān)文件整理、統(tǒng)計和歸檔, SAP系統(tǒng)操作。 2、Check whether the contract terms are in line with the company's regulations. 檢查合同條款是否符合公司規(guī)定。 3、Responsible for order delivery date，payment, update order status to sales / customers regularly assist customers to complete customs clearance. 負責跟蹤訂單的貨期，貨款，定時更新訂單狀態(tài)給銷售/客戶，協(xié)助客戶完成清關(guān)。 4、Regular meetings with affiliate to coordinate order production priorities to meet customer requirement. 跟國外定期會議，協(xié)調(diào)訂單生產(chǎn)優(yōu)先級滿足客戶需求。 5、Communicate and coordinate with all departments and headquarter in order processing, handover feedback timely. 訂單處理過程中與各部門及國外總部溝通協(xié)調(diào)，處理并及時反饋相關(guān)信息。 6、Support import shipment customs declaration. 支持進口物流清關(guān)工作。 任職要求： 1、Bachelor degree本科學(xué)歷 2、International trade, English and other related majors國際貿(mào)易、英語、等相關(guān)專業(yè) 3、CET 6 or above, fluent oral English, proficient in written English. CET六級以上，流利的英文口語，熟練的英文書面表達能力 4、Min 1 year of working experience in foreign trade industry 至少1年在外貿(mào)行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 5、Good communication and coordination skills, cheerful, easy-going, good at cooperating with others良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，性格開朗、隨和、善于與人協(xié)作 |
